Minor update.

Changes

• Death was incorrectly using Ignis's action patterns. This has been fixed.
  
• The Japanese team added a bit of setting info to their site to state which months are winter, spring, summer, and autumn. This change is now reflected in the English text.
• Replaced all instances of "Frost Club" with "Frost Crab".
  • This should've been obvious in retrospect, pretty classic /ɾ/ confusion, but I think at the time my initial justification was the inclusion of Bash among the Frost Crab's damage types, or doing items before enemies, something silly like that.
• Fixed one instance of "fighting spirit" being used instead of "antagony".
• Fixed various typos.
• Fixed various styles.
