Very super-duper incredibly minor update. Following a software update for Affinity Publisher 2 and some manual cleanup related to bookmarks, I can again export books with a working table-of-contents.

There were some very minor wording edits in the Labyrinth of Phantasma, but nothing worth documenting in detail.

Now there is no need to have two different versions of the CRB up, so now there's just the one, with both the major 18.X changes and the working Table of Contents. This was absolutely not a pleasant experience for me, so I will endeavor to keep better backups.
